Say No to Section 377!!!!!!!!!

Well, it seems everything is alright in this new year, its been two weeks since we've entered  but some  thing is not right when it comes to our society, they are still fighting for their rights and unable to succeed it yet. Every time, they come up with new say but fail to impress the so called civilized people of the society!!!!! Who knows when this debate is going to an end, or how long they'll have to fight for their rights. You people must be thinking, Who are they? Let me tell you bold and clear that they are the unacceptable people of the society, some calls them "Kinnar" or some calls them "Hijra" and For so called reputed class they are the Transgender or Third category. But mentality remains  the same. In fact I would rather say that when there is a will then there is a way and here, yet again the Apex court of the nation played a gigantic role in their life when they have come up with the benchmark which says that there should be re-examine the decriminalizing the gay sex.. Its not about only one category which is Third gender, its about the entire community of LGBTQ in which they are deprived of their basic rights.

Now, the question still remain in most of the people's mind that What is Section 377 and why LBTGQ community against of it. Let me give you a brief description about it.

The section was decriminalized with respect  to sex between consenting adults by the High court of Delhi on July 2009. That judgement was overturned by the Supreme court of India on 17 December 2013 with the court holding that amending or repealing Section 377 should be matter left to Parliament, not the judiciary.

If I can tell you more about it then Section 377 of the Indian Penal code in 42 former British colonies criminalizes and sex between men and other homosexual acts . The provision was introduced by British colonial authorities in the British Raj as section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, and was used as the model of sodomy law in many other British colonies, in many cases with the same section number.

This is completely bizare and absurd argument with which the so called fringe group of the society come up and  present on any debate with their an indecent say. Well, I have a suggestion for them that they did not choose to be like that or they are not be like that  by birth. Just think about you and them and differentiate between these two, if you will do that you will see the difference and find out that they are also a human being in the fist place like you As as human being, everybody has a right to live according to their own will then Why not LGBTQ? They are deprived of everything, they don't receive the proper education, job etc, etc.

In a modern era, we claim to live in, where we are suppose to talk about sataliite launches and other big achievements on the one hand or on the other we discriminate on the basis of these rubbish kind of a thing where a person's capability will be judged by their sexual power or should we ask that before give them an education or job that Are you a straight or not? Like come on, how long this question will be valid or who takes it seriously. Who gives you the right to question my rights? I ask you in a loud and clear voice that what kind of double standard mentality is that, If a straight one wants to make a sexual relation with their partner with the mutual consent, then who's business is that, a sensible people think that Nobody. Same should go with LGBTQ community, if they want to get sexual with the mutual consent of their partner then IT'S NONE OF EVERYBODY BUSINESS at all.

I am happy to hear that Supreme court re-examine the decriminalizing gay sex and it should be re-examine because they are not vulnerable people but they are treated a "Hijra" or "kinnar" or "paise lutne wale". In fact, if somebody is gay or lesbian they are treated like curse in our society. Sometimes, they have to hold their emotions back and don't tell their identity to others. They feel ashamed for no reason. They are unaccepted by others.

No matter what just ask yourself if you people are treated like that how will you feel? or how will you survive? Will you be able to shout in a crowd where people are not willing to listen to you? Can you say loud and clear that Let us live!!!!!!!!! No you won't choose to say those things, nobody chooses to say that but they say in a very loud and clear voice and I say too that Let them flow like a river, Let them live in a free and fair manner. Don't make them feel ashamed at least for the sake humanity. I would say in a conclusion that they believe in Constitution of India or so I do. You can't deny the fact that they are a human being like you people. RESPECT HUMANITY
