Jan Gan Man Debate Is back with bang

On November 30, 2016, the Supreme Court (SC) made it mandatory for cinema halls to play the National Anthem with the additional mention that the audience must stand up while it is playing. It's about to 1 year, since this benchmark judgement has been passed by the apex court of India, it seems to have had a second thoughts about the verdict. Once again, Supreme Court has shown an interest in the erstwhile judgement, and it is come back with some enormous changes. Now apex court is bit disagree with the initial judgement. When Genral K.K Venugopal, appearing for the centre, opposed the move to recall the order and blatantly present his argument that'' Why do we have to wear nationalism on our sleeves? People should to be nationalist by heart not by mind. Nobody can force us to sing a National Anthem. After hearing this blatant argument, the apext court strongly reacted and said that" Why do you think that people who do not sing National Anthem is not a patriotic''. National Anthem wanted to grab a respects in the hearts of people, few words can not define some one's nationalistic feeling towards their nation.

By hearing this argument, everybody wants to participate in the #NationalAnthemdebate. As, we believe that every coin has two sides, just like that an argument also deserves two sides- Good side and bad side, in a more standard way, it is called Positive and Negative. Now let me talk about the brighter side of this coin of judgement-

Some says that, It's no harm to stand for 52 seconds National Anthem,  at the same time if we can stand for popcorn and snacks. It is just about stand up while Jan Gan Man is being played in cinema halls. It is about showing some courtesy towards our nation. But they also believe that this matter is exaggerating just like that. It has nothing to do with the forced nationalism.

Now,, its time to listen what opposition believe about the same, by using oppostion, I mean what other has to say not any "Political Party" spare me.......jokespart........Let start opposition argument
They say that Why should we stand for National Anthem when it is being played in cinema hall, it just baseless argument. It seems forced natioanlism. If people do not stand for  Jan Gan Man that does not mean that one is not nationalist. And above all, Nobody can force us to stand up or say National Anthem.

We've just heard both sides of argument long enough and now it's time to announce the winner who wins this debate or who loose,  but before that let me present some argument from the #BollywoodFraternity. As Bollywood has also shown some interest in this Jan Gan Man deabte. Let's listen what they have to say-

We should start this from a prominent figure like Mukesh Bhatt- (producer) " India's National Anthem is of tremendous value and commands a lot of respect and importance. It should not be misused. I can only request those in power to stop making a mockery of it by playing it in the cinema halls and other places of entertainment."

Adnan Sami( Singer)" Hey, it's the National Anthem. GET UP PERIOD! Go argue about something else!

One of the eminent writer, a public figure and a politician, Javed Akhtar says that "It really pains me that some people are trying to undermine the dignity of our national anthem.....something is seriously wrong with those don't get touched and don't feel any reverence when they hear the National Anthem"

These are the arguments presented by the bollywood fraternity, it has got both postive as well as negative response too.  This debate made a huge audience in the second half of the phase as compared to the first one.

Are our mentality is so narrow that we can't stand up for 52 seconds National Anthem. It just about stand up Boss that's it. It is our National Anthem, Our Jan Gan Man that we used to sing in our school days. Have you forgotten? Please don't, because this is the same National Anthem that taughts us what is patriotism. No body could feel connected about Patriotism before that even if a class 1 student recognize Patriotism by singing" Jan Gan Man Adhinayak Jai hai......Jai hai.....Jai....". Well this debate does not end here. It has a third phase which everybody would like to know about it When Next year Chief justice of India, Dipak Mishra figure it out the entire contradictory. The case will be heard next on January 9, 2018. Till then keep thinking and keep blowing.
